This property has a Security Deposit of £100 The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am. The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels. The hot tub is emptied and cleaned before every arrival. Please be aware that due to the time it takes for the water to reach temperature it may not be ready to use on arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit of £100 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
