This budget four bedroom, two bathroom property offers single level living, though has a steep driveway for access. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and an outdoor entertaining area with furniture and gas BBQ.
Bedroom one at the front of the house has a queen bed and a tall chest of drawers for guest use.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and BIR.
Bedroom three also has a queen bed and tall chest of drawers for guest use.
Bedroom four has a set of single bunks.
So close to the beach for fishing,swimming or just playing on the sands and for your convenience restaurants, cafes, local shops and the pub are only a 6 minute walk away!
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Cancelled Last Minute
BE WARNED!!! We had a holiday booked at this place for the October 2020 long weekend. Our large family which has been separated during Covid were all gathering together in Nelson Bay. Half the family in another property and the other half at this property. Than less than 4 weeks out from the holiday this property cancelled on us to do renovations!! We searched and searched to find another place but found nothing. The only places available that will fit us will cost us around $5000. So now we are in a bind because we have one place that’s cancelled and another that we can’t cancel or we’ll lose our deposit. We tried to appeal but have been told that they have the right to cancel anytime they like, so if you do book here just be warned that your holiday may be cancelled at any time and you will be left stuck! The kids were so excited about the beach too 😢
