This property is located in the heart of Dorset,a county which makes a wonderful place for a fun and relaxing break. There is plenty to see and do within a thirty-minute-drive,not least the beautiful Dorset coast,a mix of sandy beaches,rugged cliffs,and stunning scenery. Lulworth Cove and the famous Durdle Door is just sixteen miles away,whilst the town of Weymouth with its wide sandy beach,aquarium,and large choice of restaurants,and cafes,lies within twenty miles of the property. Of course,Weymouth hosted the Olympic sailing in 2012,and is a great place to try your hand at water sports,including stand-up paddle boarding,kayaking,and sailing. As soon as guests arrive at this single-storey property,they will immediately notice just how light and airy it feels,with the open-plan living space being a great example of this. The lounge area with its leather sofas,TV with Sky channels,and patio doors which open onto the garden,is a relaxing space which lends itself to spending time together and enjoying one another’s company. At the other end of the room,the kitchen area is equipped with an oven,hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,dishwasher,and washing machine,as well as a breakfast bar which serves as a second eating space in addition to the main dining table. A set of patio doors from the kitchen open onto a patioed garden,making it easy to serve up alfresco meals. There are two bedrooms,both of which benefit from having their own TV/DVD,as well as both having en-suite facilities. The first bedroom is a king-size room,with an en-suite shower and WC,whilst the neighbouring twin room has an en-suite bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC. The owner is also able to provide two fold-out beds to accommodate two additional guests. Outside,there is an enclosed patio garden with seating,and a BBQ,which is accessed through the kitchen. In addition to this,there is a separate spacious lawn garden with a children’s climbing frame and swings. It is possible for guests to hire a hot tub should they wish to,which should be requested at the time of booking,and is payable directly to the owner two weeks prior to arrival. Guests also have access to a wonderful wildflower meadow which is shared with all four properties. There is ample off road parking provided.
