A perfect location for a relaxing holiday on the wonderful Norfolk Coast. Situated in a quite area of this small seaside town and less than 70 metres from the sea with a wide and gently sloping beaches and grassy sand dunes,ideal for picnics and relaxing. A short drive to the south is the larger resort of Great Yarmouth with attractions for all including a fascinating quayside,seafront with illuminations,pier,promenades,amusement arcades,fun fair and sandy beach. Further afield are the magical waterways of the Norfolk Broads,the beautiful North Norfolk coast to explore and several interesting National Trust properties to visit. The separate dining room is perfect for those evenings you choose to stay in a enjoy meal together, while the kitchen is situated through an arch with everything you need including an electric oven and hob,dishwasher,fridge/freezer,microwave and washing machine. In the morning the sun lounge is the perfect place to enjoy the sun while listening to the radio/CD player. After a busy day head through to the three bedrooms,you will find a double and a twin,and the third bedroom,a twin,is accessed via the second bedroom. Finishing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside,the property offers enclosed gardens and a raised decked area with garden furniture,ideal for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
