The house is built in a Mediterranean style with a rich garden, separate entrance, covered car parking, a rich playground (swings, trampolines, teeter) as well as an open summer kitchen with grill where you can prepare your own barbecue and enjoy the quiet evenings. A special home area provides a large outdoor pool for all guests.
The house is located in Zaton 900 meters from the sea and the beach. Within 100 meters there is a shop, bakery, bus station, football pitch, restaurant and tourist information office.

Lovely, clean and spacious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment as part of block of 5 overall. The owner lives on site and is very helpful. The garden is well kept and there are plenty of loungers by pool with choice of shaded and sunny areas.
Zaton is a great location for family beach holiday with good accessibility to national parks and Zadar.

Gutes Wetter, nette Vermieterin,gute Wohnung,viele unterschiedliche Strände in der Nähe. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Fantastisch
Zeer schoon, netjes, mooie schaduwrijke parkeerplaatsen, groot zwembad, leuke kinderspeeltoestelen, mooie nieuwe keuken met alles erop en eraan. Tevens geweldige buiten BBQ. Ruime slaapkamers en prima gelegen. Je kan met de auto alle kanten op, naar mooie stranden of naar moderne stopping malls.
