Reviewed 26 January 2014 for a stay in December 2013

We had a nightmare ferry crossing due to the bad weather, and arrived 6 hours later than planned. Once through the door it was all forgotten. Sean the owner was there to greet us with the warmest of welcomes followed by tea and biscuits. The cottage had been decorated for the seasons, Christmas tree, Santa's, baubles etc.. It was a joy! There was plenty of everything, crocker, towels and bedding. If you stay here you really don't need to worry about bringing anything with you. I've just booked again for the summer. We hope to get out and about more, but even if the weather is against us ,a week of doing nothing would be just as perfect.
