Solid oak dining furniture and comfortable sofas provide an inviting space to eat, relax and unwind in after a long day on the slopes. A large flat screen TV with UK freeview channels, DVD player and a ‘Bose’ ipod docking station are provided for your entertainment. A selection of DVDs, books and games are also available. The well equipped kitchen has all the equipment you need to make catering for your holiday an enjoyable experience. Fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, quality pots, pans, utensils with plenty of work top space. Flexible sleeping options are provided by 4 bedrooms Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. King size bed, French doors onto balcony, bathroom with bath, shower over bath, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2: Double zip and link bed with twin bed option if required. French doors leading on balcony with fantastic mountain views. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom sloping timber roof and large sky light Bedroom 4: Large double or twin bedroom with zip and link beds, built in wardrobes, French doors onto the balcony and awesome mountain views. All of the bedrooms have plenty of hanging space, shelves or drawers. Quality linen and towels are included in the rental cost and the apartment will be made up to your requirements for your arrival A further 2 fully fitted modern bathrooms, one with a bath and over shower and the other with a shower cubicle are also provided. Location: Nestled in the picturesque Nyon Valley, the apartment is situated in a quiet, sunny location within a stone's throw from the foot of the ski slopes and less than 50m walk from the Nyon cable car which provides direct access to the Porte du Soleil ski area – bringing 650km of world class piste to your doorstep. When conditions permit it is possible to ski back to within 30 meters of the apartment building. Morzine center with its shops and restaurants is a short drive or 15min walk along the banks of the picturesque River Drance. In winter, a free regular shuttle bus, leaving just across the road, operates to and from the center of town and links with all the other local ski lifts. This property is part of the local summer multi pass scheme which offer activities for €2 per day High chair and travel cot available on request.
