The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer
The lounge comprises of 3 two seater sofas, 2 armchairs, a log burner & an electric storage heater
The bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead mixer shower, sink & underfloor electric heating
Master bedroom comprises of a double bed, a chest of drawers, sofa & electric storage heater
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, 2 bedside chest of drawers, and an electric storage heater
Bedroom 3 is the largest bedroom and comprises of a double futon bed, 2 single beds & chest of draws

Shower room includes an electric power shower, wash basin, toilet & underfloor electric heating

This cottage is perfectly located in a peaceful valley - especially in springtime surrounded by lambs, birds and flowers. Tyn-y-Fach can be booked for full weeks (Sat-Sat) all year round and for short breaks of between 2 and 6 nights from Sept to June (excluding school holidays) for £149 per night. For a short break bookings please send a booking request.

Due to the rural location a car is strongly advised. Most routes to Tyn-y-Fach from the Midlands and East will bring you along the M54 and A5 before you head onto the A458, A470, and A487. For the final stage of the journey the B4405 takes you to Abergynolwyn from where you turn onto LLanegryn Street by the Railway Inn pub for the final two miles across to Tyn-y-Fach. The Cross Foxes Inn at the junction between the A470 and A487 is a nice family friendly stop off for food on your way in or out which is about 15 minutes from Tyn-y-Fach.
