Holiday Rental House
A gorgeous romantic hideaway holiday cottage in Carmarthenshire for two is situated literally at the foot of the steep stone slopes on which Carreg Cennen Castle stands. Carreg Cennen Castle is stunningly beautiful and as you approach the cottage you will be awed by its presence and later, enjoy walking through the grounds and watch the Red Kites and Buzzards flying overhead. Set on the edge of the beautiful Black Mountains right in the Brecon Beacons National Park with its abundance of footpaths and magnificent scenery. Llandeilo is just 10 minutes' drive away and has a selection of individual shops and eateries and there is a pub (The Cennen Arms) about a mile away in the village of Trapp. Also nearby are Aberglasney Gardens and The National Botanic Garden of Wales. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location was absolutely stunning. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and had a good knowledge of the surrounding attractions. We would not hesitate in going back again.
