Interaction with guests: I have been welcoming guests personally for the past 12 years to my other two properties. There will be a luxury Taste Causeway Hamper waiting on arrival and I am happy to put away any groceries you may wish to order prior to your arrival. This family vacation was truly a wonderful experience. Blackrock Beach House was a first-class experience for our entire family. We couldn't have asked for more for our accommodations and our host did a phenomenal job making sure we were well taken care of. She provided so much information of the house and the area to make our stay comfortable. We reached out to her numerous times for advice and suggestions as we have never visited Ireland. She always responded promptly to each and every request and every single one of her suggestions were perfect! Can't say thank you enough!!

A beautiful house with stunning beach views - just perfect!
Wow, what an amazing house and what a wonderful host! This was a very special occasion for my mother's 90th birthday celebration with family and friends, and Joanne could not have been more helpful. The house looks superb in the photos. However, it even surpassed our expectations. Every room is beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. The views over Portrush Strand are spectacular. We had so much space to relax and enjoy the views in total luxury. The games room and home cinema room are such a treat too. It really is a very special place to stay, and the setting overlooking the beach and our lovely walk into Portrush was perfect. Extra touches such as the luxury welcome hamper, bathrobe and slippers were greatly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so perfect – we cannot recommend Blackrock Beach House highly enough and the thoughtfulness of Joanne in ensuring our stay was extremely special and memorable.

Incredible - don't hesitate to book!
I can only say that this was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in, particularly as a large group of friends with adults and kids. The entire place is perfect, from location to amenities. I cant recommend it enough! Fantastic trip from start to finish and Jo is a wonderful host.

5* beach front luxury - perfect for groups and families
We’ve stayed with Jo for many years and will continue to return again and again. Her newest triumph ‘Blackrock Beach House’ is simply stunning.
We were blown away by the views and the sheer scale of the property. Front balcony and front and back terraces ensure you can make the most of the sea views and sunshine - we cooked and ate outside most evenings as plenty of room to be seated and a huge top spec BBQ.
Ample space for 14 of us throughout and cooking for many made easy with two kitchens to chose from (three children in group). Perfect for two families to share on split levels as you have everything you need on each floor.
The basement bar area, games room and cinema room really topped off our stay and were by far a favourite for both kids and adults.
No expense has been spared to make this the ideal beach front holiday home, our only wish was that we could quit life at home and have stayed for the whole summer.
A 2 min walk to the beach and 15-20 min stroll along the beautiful promenade to the harbour, it’s perfectly situated for families and Guinness lovers alike.
I couldn’t recommend highly enough and Jo, as always was the perfect host - the welcome pack including fresh pancakes and homemade scones was devoured in no time, can’t wait to stay again and will miss waking up to the sound of the sea.
Pure Portrush heaven!
