The house has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard to provide all a range of modern conveniences, whilst maintaining the historical ambience of the Grade II listed property. Derwent House is a superb property. 11 family members stayed for a week. Damien’s adaptability with delaying paying the balance during Covid-19 was appreciated.
