Pear Tree Farm is a purpose-built guesthouse with studio facility and is situated overlooking the stunning Lea Brook. We have nine bedrooms (four doubles, four twins and one family room). All rooms are en-suite with T.V and Video player, towels, hair-dryer and drinks tray provided. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and are suitable for wheelchair access.

Our guest lounge has a lovely wood burning stove, large TV, Video and DVD player as well as a selection of books, videos and DVDs for guests’ enjoyment. We have a patio area with tables and chairs and offer a gazebo and BBQ facilities by arrangement.

Bus: Matlock-Alfreton 140 or 141 to Pear Tree Farm.

By Road: M1 Junction 28; TL A38 towards Derby at Junction A610 TR for Ambergate; turn Right onto A6 to Cromford; at traffic lights TL, continue for 2 miles to Lea Bridge keeping the River Derwent on your right hand side. Turn Left at John Smedley's Woollen Mill and apx half a mile Pear Tree Farm is situated on the left hand side in Lea Valley.
