A quiet retreat in the beautiful Devon Countryside
A very spacious accommodation, located in an amazingly beautiful spot away the traffic and the bustle of everyday life This is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and joy of being in the English country side. My wife and I loved it.

A very lovely spot to relax for a week
We spent a week in the Wagon House and loved it - the house is lovely and comfortable to stay in. It was a great base to explore Devon and Dorset from. Pamela was very welcoming and the cream tea on arrival was just what was needed after a 6 hr drive. Thoroughly recommend this property as a holiday spot.

We couldn,t have chosen a better place.
Situated on a working farm in the middle of nowhere, but in beautiful countryside, and still close to many seaside towns and villages. The barn was very well equipped with a plentiful supply of logs for the wood burner. Pamela and Graham, our hosts, were very friendly and helpful.

Rust in een prachtige omgeving met allerlei mogelijke uitstapjes
(English below)
Just spend 2 weeks in the Wagon House at Hawley Farm. Accommodation was just what we were looking for! Wonderful natural/agricultural surroundings, peace and quiet. Nothing to listen to but singing birds, cows, sheep, some wind in the trees. Comfortable and spacious holiday home with all conveniences. Perry family at Hawley Farm cordial and helpful. Was fun and interesting to join them one afternoon for milking the cows.
Nice area for walks, near lots of interesting and beautiful places at the coast, little villages. We visited a.o. the Beer quarries, Chesil beach, Golden Top, Lime Regis, Exeter Cathedral, Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens and enjoyed it all (but accommodation at Hawley Farm was our winner!). Good food at Tucker’s Inn, Dalwood.

Excellent Cottage & Location
This was our first time to Devon and we could not have picked a nicer cottage or location.
The quiet and quaint village of Dalwood was just a short walk away from the cottage and the Tucker’s Arms pub served great food.
Just loved our stay and our great host Graham & Pam.

Stunning!
Had an amazing few days at Hawley Farm. Pamela and Graham were exceptional hosts and made us very welcome, they were attentive without being intrusive, and told us all we needed to know about the local area. The accommodation we stayed in was the Stables which was absolutely stunning and the newest of their 3 cottages. So spacious, light and airy with modern facilities such as underfloor heating, the beds were all really comfortable and the furniture was all in keeping with the building itself, in solid oak and finished to a very high standard.
The area itself is gorgeous and the local pub ‘The Tuckers Arms’ serves great food in generous portions. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

Exceptional
This was our second visit to Hawley Farm and we shall most definitely be returning in 2018! Hawley Farm is set within beautiful peaceful surroundings. We stayed in the lovely Wagon House, which was perfect for what we needed as a family, home from home!
We have visited several of the beaches around but have to say Jacobs Ladder beach in Sidmouth was our favourite especially for the children to enjoy surfing.
The farm tour was very interesting, where you can experience milking the cows and our little boy even had a go on the tractor with Graham.
Thank you again for a truly relaxing holiday.
Best wishes

Great farm stay!
We had a fantastic time at Hawley Farm staying in the Wagon House. The house was perfect for us - a family of four with two children under 3. The area is beautiful and we had so much fun helping with milking. Pamela and Graham are lovely and very welcoming. A great holiday spot and we highly recommend it.

Excellent location, excellent accomodation.
We recently stayed in The Wagon House and were extremely impressed. The accommodation is first class. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the added bonus of a downstairs toilet as well. The area is very quiet, just the sounds of cows and assorted country noises. All the facilities are of the highest standard and the scones, cream, jam and bottle of red wine were a nice surprise. The location is in an excellent position for exploring Dorset as well as East Devon and we spent most of our time walking the Jurassic Coast.
A couple of very minor things, the wireless internet was a little intermittent and the roads leading to the farm are very steep and narrow ! Thanks to Graham and Pam.

Here in east Devon we are close to the sea and many places of interest.
Gardens, country lanes with wild flowers, fields with animals.
N.T. places close at hand also many good places to eat.
Good walking on the many footpaths right from your door along the coast . Take a day out to Dartmoor. Lovely towns with lots of interest and history. The Donkey sancuary, river cottage, boating, sailing, fishing. and much more.
