Millfield House is located a short, easy walk from the center of Kenmare and has off street parking .The house is very well equipped, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and has plenty of room for two couples traveling together or families. We spent the week from 13. – 20. May as 2nd station of our Ireland trip in Millfield House which is about 1.5 km outside the center of Kenmare. Although with 3 bed- and 2 bathrooms it was actually too large for us, being only 2 persons, we would choose it again in any case. Without describing any detail, absolutely...

The rooms are bright, spacious, comfortable and are full of natural sunlight. Sleeps 5. Downstairs is a large sitting room with a traditionally built open - log fire place. Basket of wood supplied. Oil central heating. A large kitchen/dining area with all modern conveniences. Double doors lead from the dining area into a patio area with a private enclosed landscaped garden. There is also a utility and downstairs toilet. Upstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms which have wooden floors throughout. 1 double room en-suite, 1 twin room and 1 single room. There is also a bathroom upstairs with overhead shower. Wooden floors/tiles through-out the house. Cot and highchair are available on request.
