Detached cottage, recently completed, on the side of the hill in the popular little village of Baltimore and enjoying spectacular views over natural Baltimore Harbour to Sherkin Island and Cape Clear beyond. It is situated about 300 metres from the sea and beach and 600 metres from harbour and centre of the the village of Baltimore for a choice of excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities. There are ferry trips to Sherkin and Cape Clear and sailing schools. Lough Ine, unique, land locked sea lake, is about 7 km away. Sandy beach at Tragumna 10 km. Whale and dolphin watching tours. Night kayaking trips. Full sized astro pitch. Garden furniture.
