Outdoors, La Grange benefits from a private garden area separate from owner's house, a decked area with patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining and use of the whole two-acre garden. There is an above-ground pool and sun loungers for the gite's exclusive use. Also, a selection of outdoor games are provided. Due to the rural location of the property a car is essential. The property is located 45 mins from Bergerac airport & 75 mins from Bordeaux airport. The nearby towns of Allemans-du-Dropt and Duras are within a 5-10 min drive, providing a selection of local shops, restaurants and bars. Additionally, a supermarket, fuel stations, a weekly market on Mondays (and night market in the summer) are available in Duras. The larger towns of Miramont, Eymet, Marmande and St-Foy-la-Grande are approximately 25 mins by car, offering weekly markets, supermarkets, a selection of restaurants and bars, and also weekly night markets during the summer months.More
