An initial supply of kindling and logs for the stove are included - additional logs and kindling may be purchased locally.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable at the same time as the balance, to be refunded to you typically within 10 days, or within the 2 week period following departure, subject to return of the keys and a satisfactory property inspection.
Some pets are welcome at our discretion - please contact us for more information. Pets are not permitted in any bedrooms or on soft furnishings. Pets should not be left alone in the property. There is an additional £25 charge to bring a pet.

7 St Mary's Terrace is located 8 miles southwest of Dolgellau in Arthog, down a quiet lane just off the A493 which leads to the small, unmanned railway halt of Morfa Mawddach. It is in an exceptional rural position at the edge of Snowdonia National Park and overlooks the RSPB Wetland Reserve of “Arthog Bog”, with superb views of the hills and mountains beyond. The area is a Mecca for bird watchers and nature lovers, as Arthog Bog is designated as a site of special scientific interest due to the weird and wonderful variety of plants, flowers, butterflies and birds are found here. Ponies and sheep are often seen grazing together with their foals and lambs in the Springtime.

Railway: Morfa Mawddach Station: 0.2 km
Easy to find by car, 7 St Marys Terrace is located about 8 miles southwest of Dolgellau in Arthog, down a quiet lane just off the A493 which leads to the small, unmanned railway halt of Morfa Mawddach.
By train, use the Cambrian Line train service to Morfa Mawddach request stop. This service runs from Birmingham via Wolverhampton, Telford and Shrewsbury... and provides stunning views of the Cambrian coast.
A car is not absolutely essential, because there are both bus and train stops approx 150 metres from St Marys.  Services are available to Barmouth, Tywyn, Dolgellau etc... however, we would recommend a car for greater travel flexibility, especially in the evenings.
