There can be few more iconic houses in the whole of North Wales than those situated on Llanbedrog Beach. Believed to be one of only two beaches in the UK that can boast deciduous trees growing directly onto the sand it is no wonder that Llanbedrog is designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and was recently voted as the third most beautiful beach in the UK by readers of the Independent newspaper.

The building that now forms the Boathouses was originally four fishermen's cottages - now converted to just two - this one bedroom cottage and a semi detached three bed cottage owned by the same owner and also listed on this site.

The boathouse is in a spectacular position on the edge of beautiful Llanbedrog beach with fabulous views. Breakfast on the balcony every morning but be aware the sun moves off the house by aprox 12.30pm. Although marketed for 4 people, there is only 1bedroom and it is only really big enough for 2 people. The bathroom needs a complete re-fit....

I stayed here with my husband, our 2 sons, my sister and mother for a week in August, and we were all blown away by how fantastic this property is. The adults enjoyed sipping G&T's on the balcony whist watching the ever-changing view and the children (aged 6 and 2 1/2) loved the beach, spending hours rock pooling, building sandcastles...
