Beautiful and charming French stone house from 1882 located at 1000 meters alt in Mont-Saxonnex-45 km from Geneva, 40 km from Annecy and Chamonix. The house is a total of 260 m2 and has 3 levels.

There are 4 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with sauna), laundry room with washing machine. The house has an open kitchen with large oven and dishwasher in direct connection with large living room. The living room has a cozy fireplace in authentic Alpine style an old staircase taking you op to a 30 m2 large loft with TV, billiards and Wii.

The living room has direct access to a large terrasse, where you have a direct views to Point D'Andey, Le massiv du Bargy et Portes du Soleil.

The house is located in a small pictoresque authentic french neigbourhood with friendly neigbours and in a calm atmosphere surrounded by cow's fields, woods and the mountains. The village currently has 1,619 permanent residents in over 680 main homes, and many vacationers few weeks a year living in about 620 homes. It is situated in the foothills north of the massif Bargy and overlooks the valley of the Arve 600 metres between Bonneville and Cluses (axis Geneva-Chamonix)
