The house is very well equipped and well thought out, with double rooms on the first floor and dorm style rooms on the top. Toilet on every floor, bathrooms on the upstairs floors.
There are two enormous fridges, plenty of crockery and cutlery. Even decent chopping knives.
The owners had left plenty of toilet paper and kitchen roll, and there were cleaning materials.
The local area is very good, with a supermarket and an excellent patisserie within walking distance. The harbour is a slightly longer but very pleasant walk.
The only criticism I have (and it's not a big one) is that the barbeque provided was rusty and very dirty. We ended up buying a barbeque rack from the supermarket, because I didn't want the food to touch the barbeque.
