Penbridge Court is a 200 year-old barn that has been lovingly restored refurbished and refurnished.

In the western foothills of the Quantocks in Somerset right on the edge of the Quantocks Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Barn is spacious and spectacular, a perfect place for friends and family retreats, reunions and celebrations.

We were a group of 24 going away for an annual long weekend. The house was absolutely perfect, beautifully maintained and stunning location. Can not dismiss the varied accommodation, excellent public and private areas, lovely ambiance. Prices above for parties up to 21 adults the whole estate. Chair beds and sofa beds stretch to 25 adults (£25pp) . In addition there are 2 cots. For short breaks we operate Friday 1600 to Monday 1000 and Monday 1600 to Friday 1000. We can be flexible if given enough notice and work on on a 'first come first served' basis. Please do call/text or email to discuss your needs or requests. Bookings taken with 3 months or less to go get a 10% discount. We will be flexible on pricing for 'last minuters'! (With thanks to Wiki) - Penbridge Court Barn and Cottages are set on the edges of the Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park. The Quantock Hills were England's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (1956) and comprise heathland, oak woodlands, ancient parklands and agricultural land.
The hills run from the Vale of Taunton Deane in the south, for about 15 miles (24 km) to the north-west, ending at East Quantoxhead and West Quantoxhead on the coast of the Bristol Channel. They form the western border of Sedgemoor and the Somerset Levels. From the top of the hills on a clear day, it is possible to see Glastonbury Tor and the Mendips to the east, Wales as far as the Gower Peninsula to the north, the Brendon Hills and Exmoor to the west, and the Blackdown Hills to the south. Railway: Taunton: 12.0 km
Use a SATNAV with TA4 3HA postcode - it will take you to the end of the driveway.
Otherwise by car leave the M5 at J25 Taunton.
Follow signs for A358 and Minehead.
After 7 miles you will pass the West Somerset Railway and turn off to Bishops Lydeard. Stay of the A358. Another 2 miles and you will pass under the railway bridge next to the Farmers Arms in Combe Florey. One more mile and you will see a turn off right to West Bagborough. 300m there will be two left turns, take the second as you go down a small dip, there is a sign saying 'Trebles Holford' and follow for 100m to the driveway for Penbridge Court.
