We have listed that smoking is not allowed, this is inside the property, however there are lots of places to smoke outside in the garden, overlooking the fields.
The house is a nice quiet get away and we do not allow large groups and parties.

Walk To – You are at the edge of Georgeham village with 2 excellent local pubs, which offer a wide range of local ales and delicious freshly cooked food; a village store with post office, park with football pitch, children’s play area and multiuse sports area. For walkers there is the fantastic South West Coast Path nearby. Cycle To – We are on sustrans cycle route 278. You can also access the villages and beaches of Croyde, Putsborough, Woolacombe. Croyde is a magical place nestling around a stream running down to the sea. This award-winning sandy beach is fine and flat, ideal for children and good for surfing.
