Apartment Buddha is a 3-bed apartment situated 350 metres from the Prorel ski lift in central Briancon. The prorel ski lift accesses Serre Chevalier ski station and 220km of varied pistes, lots of tree runs and off-piste. Central location offers walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, ski slopes, chemist.The apartment sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. There are three double rooms with 1 ensuite shower room and one larger bathroom with rain shower. Apartment Buddha is next to Apartment Klimt and Apartment Maia, so can accommodate larger groups up to 20+.The bedrooms are comfortable with cupboards and heaters, and bathrooms have underfloor heating, and towel heaters.The living area boasts giant sliding windows with awesome views over the mountain...

Great place to spend Christmas
Spacious apartment in the town centre, with shops & restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is well equipped and has everything you need. Main Briancon ski lift is only about 300m away, via a short cut that they will show you. We didn't have any trouble with the free parking which is a short distance away.
Special mention to the couple that look after the apartment. The service is first class, and they provided very helpful assistance & advice throughout our stay. We ran out of bottled gas in the apartment halfway through cooking Christmas dinner at 5pm. They replaced it in about 30 mins. Amazing.

Lovely apartment in a superb location
This is a brilliant base for a summer holiday - well furnished, unbeatable location, large terrace and Kathryn the manager is very helpful & friendly. The only slight downside is the traffic noise, which is the trade off for being so amazingly central (though possibly less noisy with snow around?). The neighbours above and next door are very close - our next door neighbours were lovely, but the people upstairs managed to wake us up coming in late. Overall though a great apartment, and definitely recommended.

Zeer compleet appartement, mooie uitvalsbasis om te gaan fietsen
Met drie vrienden paar dagen gaan fietsen in de Alpen. Appartement is ruim met behoorllijk dakterras. Compleet met gas bbq, dus heerlijk buiten eten. Appartement heeft 3 ruime kamers met prima bedden en twee douches. Dichtbij supermarkt en oude centrum van Briancon. Katryn was zeer servicegericht. Kwam zelf eieren brengen toen de supermarkten dicht waren. Weer was iets teleurstellend, maar appartement was top.

Presque parfait !
Ce logement a beaucoup d’atouts :
situé à Briançon, qui est un endroit idéal pour rayonner dans la région (nous y avons séjourné deux semaines en été)
situé en plein de coeur de Briançon et proche de toutes les commodités (boulangeries, supermarchés, boucherie, pharmacies, marché au pied de l’immeuble deux fois pas semaine, restaurants, bars, etc…)
logement spacieux et décoré avec goût
qualité des équipements (barbecue au gaz, écran plat, lecteur de DVD, chaines Orange et SKY, vraie cuisine, Wi-Fi et accès Internet, lave linge, lave vaisselle, etc…)
la terrasse avec sa vue sur la montagne, et sa voile qui fait de l’ombre et donne une ambiance bateau
fourniture des draps et des torchons
et pour finir, nous avons été super bien accueilli par Kathryn qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux
Ce qui nous a gêné, mais qui ne gênera pas forcément les citadins, c’est la route passante du côté des chambres. Dormant habituellement dans un environnement très calme, nous avons trouvé cela bruyant. Par contre, nous n’avons pas souffert du bruit côté terrasse et pièce à vivre.

Certainly met and even exceeded all our expectations
We have absolutely no regrets about choosing this apartment in the centre of Briançon. We were offered alternative accommodation due to the fact that our daughter was attending a skating camp but are so glad we found this instead which was much better suited to our needs.
Kathryn was extremely welcoming and helpful. and the apartment was perfectly situated withing walking distance of all main commodities and activities so that everyone could "do their own thing".
We were asked to write any negatives ... overall the facilities were great ....only thing we could come up with was lack of kitchen scales and oven gloves. I think this will be sorted for future visitors! Otherwise very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Do hope we have the opportunity to come back next year if same skating camp is organised. Will be in touch if so!

Un excellent séjour, rien à redire !
Voici un très bel appartement dans lequel il fait bon séjourner. L'accueil sur place est très amical, tout est déjà prêt, : serviettes, torchons, draps, savons et même quelques bouteilles de vin posées sur le comptoir : il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses valises.
L'appartement est très bien meublé surtout la vaste pièce principale avec sa cuisine américaine donnant sur une belle terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. L'ameublement est à la fois "cosy", douillet avec ses tapis et son plancher de bois, mais également moderne avec un système télé-Hifi moderne + accès internet gratuit et performant (LiveBox en français et système équivalent en anglais pour les anglophones). La cuisine offre four, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle et lave linge... Les deux salles d'eau sont parfaites et bien équipées.
La localisation est également très appréciable. Si l'on n'est pas dans un appartement "départ skis aux pieds", on n'est qu'à 300m du télécabine Prorel. L'entrée se fait par une impasse où il est facile de décharger ses bagages et ensuite, un parking se trouve à proximité.
Au pied du télécabine on peut non seulement louer ses skis mais également prendre un service de consignes (le soir on laisse son matériel et on le retrouve tout chaud le lendemain matin pour seulement 1.50 euros/ jour/ personne chez Twinner par exemple). D'autre part, tous les commerces sont à moins de 100m que ce soient les petits commerçants ou bien le carrefour Market, la pharmacie etc.
Enfin, pour la fin de séjour, on ne s'occupe que de refaire ses valises, l'hôtesse passe jeter un coup d'œil pour vérifier que tout s'est bien passé et rien n'a été cassé et le ménage est ensuite assuré.
Bref, que du positif ! à recommander !

Comfortable, modern and perfect location.
Ideal for skiers, with a couple of minutes to go to the lift. High standard with large tv and audio stuff..
Very nice view and a large terass. No hassle with booking or anything and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Great Summer Family Fun
A fabulous, centrally located, modern apartment with all the home comforts. It has a very well equipped kitchen, Wifi, satellite TV, fluffy towels and most importantly comfy beds. Sitting out on the deck with my morning cuppa and croissant looking out over the mountains was very good for the soul.
The owners were more than helpful and were determined that not only we enjoyed our stay at the apartment but also experienced the best of Briancon itself. Its central location is fantastic. Literally everything on your doorstep. Great bars, restaurants, bakeries, markets, chemist, supermarket etc. The play park is a 5 minute walk and great for the children with Go Ape type activities and crazy golf as added bonuses. Great swimming pool which the kids loved as well. Hikes up to forts and day trips to nearby beautiful mountain lakes. We had a brilliant week. Kids are still raving about it 6 weeks later. Would happily return. Great place.

Great apartment, and great service from the owner
The apartment was as advertised - very modern, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The location was great for bars and restaurants nearby, as well as chemists and a supermarket. Rumble, the owner, was around and about a few days, making sure that everything was just so.

A great apartment in an ideal location in a lovely town
We booked this apartment for 3 weeks, from the day we arrived until the day we checked out it was faultless. We had a wonderful time, the owner Rumble and his Father Ruddy were great people, very helpful, an absolute pleasure to meet them and stay in the apartment. The town is just a few minutes walk round the corner, supermarket and chemist on the doorstep and loads of other lovely towns just a few minutes drive away. We had 3 weeks of wonderful weather and the location of this apartment could not have been better. If we ever holiday back in this area we will definitely stay here again, Superb!
