Set in a rural location in the grounds of an 18th century farmhouse with 1.5 acres of land. the Old Brewhouse is a delightful 2 bedroomed converted brewhouse which won a design award following completion. The accommodation comprises a ground floor double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a first floor twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and toilet. There is room for a travel cot or third bed. On the ground floor there is a lounge separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar along with a separate dining room with an extending dining table which can seat six people. Double French doors lead to the patio area. The grounds are secure with children's play equipment available. Cycles are available for hire in Yarmouth.It is also within 1km of two pubs serving food. Well behaved dogs welcome.More

Location is ideal for getting around the island with plenty of parking for cars. Cottage is a delight and very well appointed and maintained. Gardens around cottage are beautiful and very safely fenced for the dogs - who really enjoyed their time there.
