The Coach House has been beautifully renovated by the owners and they have taken great care to keep traditional features while providing a modern, contemporary feel to the property. The open plan kitchen / diner is bright, welcoming and spacious with sliding doors into the front garden. The bathroom boasts a slipper bath and separate shower and the upstairs living room has lovely rural views. Outside the front door is a little herd of alpacas with 3 crias born in the summer of 2017. There is a 2 good sized fishing lake within 100 m (rod licence required) and they are well stocked with Tench, Crucioans, Carp, Bream and Golden Rudd. Exterior: Front and rear gardens both with seating areas, brick built barbecue area. Fishing Lakes. Off road parking for 2 cars. Facilities & Services Fully centrally heated by a heat pump. The kitchen has fully fitted units and a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and separate hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, American style fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Onsite laundry room with washing machine and heated drying area. There is a flat screen TV in the kitchen diner. There is a Tassimo coffee machine. The lounge area has a flat screen Freeview TV. There is superfast, unlimited WiFi at the property. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 2 cars in the off road spaces. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional cost of £30 per dog / per week. Please remember that you cannot leave dogs unattended in the house and they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. No smoking is permitted at the property. There is a cot and high chair available on request. There is an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. £200 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.More
