Heading up to the first floor you will find a further lounge/games room with TV/DVD and an oak balcony to enjoy the gorgeous scenery surrounding the cottage with afternoon tea and cake and and relax. A door off the upper lounge/games room takes you to a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath and WC. Proceed through the bathroom where you go through to the cosy twin bedroom bathed in light with views across farmland,enjoy watching the horses graze peacefully in their paddocks. Step outside to the enclosed patio garden you will find a table and chairs for al fresco dining,charcoal BBQ and hot tub. Heading down the grassed area to the front of the property you will find two ponds with visiting wildlife to study and the north banks of the river Swale. (Children and dogs must be accompanied). There is ample parking for three cars and a secure bike store. More
