Llantrisant, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Southern Wales, Wales
Bwthyn Bach is a lovely bolt-hole to stay in the small historical town of LLantrisant. It has recently been fully renovated to a high standard with wooden floors throughout, central heating and a modern comfortable interior. A great location to explore all that the area has to offer, with the old town of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan just 20 mins away, The Rhonda Valleys 10 mins away, The Brecon Beacons 1 hour away and within reach of Heritage Coastline of South Wales. Barry Island of 'Gavin and Stacey' fame is half and hour car drive.

cottage was very clean and welcoming. Shower is very good. The kitchen table is set too high which makes it uncomfortable to eat at. A coffee table would be useful when using the comfortable settees [2]. A clothes horse for wet clothes [it is Wales !] would be very useful. There's a very good General Store just along the road, and,...

The cottage is in a great location, well presented, everything you need and spotlessly clean. Easy access to either local sights and shops or Cardiff. Good pubs in the village and good food. Very quiet and relaxing.

About the neighbourhood
Llantrisant is known for its pub culture with a number of venues including The Bear Inn, The New Inn, the Wheatsheaf and the Cross Keys Hotel (all family friendly).
