Accommodation includes a nice entrance Hall leading to a living, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the formal dining room and a formal lounge area, three double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom and a large private pool area / Garden at the back of the property with a good sized swimming pool. Buses are cheap and easy to use. Amenities include: - Wi-Fi - Netflix TV & DVD Player - Private Pool - Lock-up Garage (1 Car) - Fully Equipped Kitchen including a Microwave & Dishwasher - Laundry room with Washing Machine - Access to Roof Terrace - A House Maid is included in the price and the visits are as follows (Extra Hours available at a charge): Maid will access the property on the following days. - Monday: 8am till 12pm - Wednesday: 8am till 9am - Friday: 8am till 12pm - Linen is changed once a week. - Pool Man once a week It is the perfect base to explore Malta, Gozo and Comino. Guest Access Guests will have access to the whole House including the Lock-up Garage except for some of the rooms which are kept locked as they are used as Storage. Personal items can be found in the House as it is a Family Home when not rented. We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. It is a beautiful home located in a quite street in the heart of St. Julian's. Great Location and a beautiful back Garden with Pool.
