While a car is not required, free public parking is available along the street and the neighbouring ones while the bus stop is just a a bus stop nearby. A mini supermarket is conveniently located, literally a few doors down from the apartment. The this 90sqm apartment comes compete with parquet flooring in all rooms except from the bathroom. It consists of a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room which is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking. The dining table comes equipped for 4 persons with the adjoining lounge area that cater comfortably for 4 persons. The apartment comes complete with free cable tv and Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the apartment consists of 2-bedrooms one double and a twin bedroom together with a full family bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms come complete with wall hung a/cs which can be turned on both heating and cooling as much as desired. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

About the neighbourhood
Till a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels. The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel.
