This romantic and luxurious penthouse is a one bedroom apartment with two large outside terraces.

The front terrace has a breath-taking sea view and is equipped with BBQ, deck chairs and garden furniture.

It is composed of one double bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen are and living room with two double sofa beds. It is ideal for a couple, couple with children or 2 couples. It is also suitable for up to 6/7 persons.

The building is directly on the promenade of St Julian's. There are 10 steps before the entrance door leading up towards the elevator giving you access to all floors.

Penthouse specifications:

10 sq m seafront terrace and a 10 sq m back terrace. Internal area is about 50 sq m. 7th floor with lift, 10 low steps at entrance,1 double bedrooms,Bath room, 2 double sofa beds present in living room. Sleeps 6 persons.

Stayed at this wonderful penthouse apartment on the 7th floor. It is well equipped and has two patios front and rear. The front patio is on the main road hugging the cost line of Spinola Bay. The views are spectacular which is why we went....More

Our taxi driver knows exactly where the apartment is and he will wait for you at the airport arrivals lounge with your name on a sign. From the moment you land to the moment you arrive at the apartment will take about an hour.

However, if you are hiring a car instead or coming with a public bus then call us before leaving the airport so we can plan when to wait for you at the apartment on time.
