• When accessing elevators, we ask that you practice social distancing by limiting occupancy as much as possible.
• Full beach service is available daily from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Our beach service includes shuttle service to/from the beach, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, lifeguard service, showers, changing rooms and restrooms. Our beach cafe is closed until further notice

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
