This villa features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, and it is handicapped accessible from the carport to the 1st floor. Very nicely updated throughout, the main floor has a living area with glass doors opening to the sundeck and marsh view, dining area, kitchen and one bedroom and a bath. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Main floor Bed size: 1 Queen. Top Floor Bed Sizes: 2 Singles, 1 Queen. This villa is an end unit and it is conveniently located near the Heron Marsh Villa Community pool and tennis courts, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great Place

We have a wonderful week at the beach with my family. There were 4 adults and two small kids. The house was wonderfully set up and gave us all enough room and privacy. My only complaint was that the bed in the upstairs second bedroom...More
