Situated in a quiet area approx 30 mins walk from the marina with bicycle hire included . Supermarket , pubs , hairdressers & trip/golf booking office close by . Nice walk to Falasia beach . Especially recommend San Carlos Italian Restuarant ,excellent food & value...More

Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, with 3 drawer chest, and loads of storage space. There is a safe provided and bedside light, and a radiator for the cooler months of the year. The small hallway where the rooms lead of is equipped with a small chest of drawers containing maps, games, 2 pairs of binoculars, beach bats etc. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide cool bags and iceblocks for beach and food shopping. There is also a washing machine, 2 irons, microwave, toaster, sandwich grill, juice press (for the wonderful local oranges) fridge freezer, sets of saucepans etc.

Air-conditioning or heating in cooler weather plus oil-filled radiators and the hot air blower is an additional 50.00 pounds Sterling per week, and is charged separately either at time of booking or by payment to the agent on site. Air-conditioning is recommended for July and August, and heating for the off season months as the temperature drops to quite cool at night. We have added additional duvets and blankets for the cooler weather The apartment is very snug as the main window is double glazed which keeps the apartment warm in the cooler evenings and cool during the warmer months. We offer long term discounts for winter rentals, that do not include apartment running costs, all utilities, plus TV and wi-fi are charged at cost and rates offered are exclusive of these charges. There are 2 Little Trains with different tariffs, one is hop on hop off, the other is single journey ticket. There are various shuttle buses and taxis to take clients to the marina if walking and driving are not an option, and numerous coach trips cover the Algarve, and Lisbon, even Seville, and Gibraltar are not that far away.
