New for 2015 and all the summer season was fully booked. Bookings throughout 2016/17 from repeat guests and recommendations.If you are wanting to book a holiday we hope your chosen week is still available as many of the weeks are already booked.
Panoramic uninterrupted sea views from the bright, airy, open plan living area and front and private side gardens across the Solent to Cowes and to the west and east. An ever changing view. Enjoy watching the yachts racing and the huge container and cruise ships sail past close by. A genuine holiday home, unlike other holiday properties listed which are in residential areas, we are on the shores of the Solent with amazing sea views, on the perimeters of a small holiday park, surrounded by countryside, between Southampton and Fareham Hampshire.

My son and daughter in law live a few doors away and pop up to welcome guests and are on hand to provide help and advice as needed. We provide keys keypad info a few days before arrival so you don't have to worry if arriving later. Full information folder and places of interest.

If you remember the TV series Howards Way why not visit the Jolly Sailor close to the Elephant Boatyard at Bursledon.Excellent shopping closeby at Whiteley, Southampton West Quays and the outlet centre at Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth.We have a Waitrose and Tesco all within 10 minutes drive from the property and a small shop on the holiday park for basic groceries, ice cream and newspapers.

We are just 15 minutes from Jct 9, M27 Motorway. We are just beyond the conservation village of Hook and access is via a mile long country lane with 19 speed bumps and a 15 mile an hour speed limit as the lane is used by cyclists, horse riders and walkers wanting to enjoy this area of countryside and coast.
