DEPOSIT: Details Booking deposit (non-refundable) of 50% payable within 7 days of confirmation of reservation - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.

€300 security deposit to cover loss or damage, breakages etc. payable on payment of 2nd instalment. The €300 security will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, assuming there is no loss or damage. On departure, the house, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in 5pm, check out 11am

GENERAL: Rental Sat – Sat except by special arrangement
- If the the chosen week falls across two differently priced periods, the charge will be for whichever month contains the largest part of the week.
