We don't charge an additional fee for cleaning so ask that you put all used linen & towels in the laundry room and leave An Caladh as you found it. Internet access is not suitable for streaming data or watching films or tv in HD. We don't accomodate young children or pets, even well behaved ones. There is a private garden with your own pedestrian access. We ask that guests don't use the driveway as a pedestrian access or stray in to our garden in order to preserve our privacy.

This is s great place to stay. The owners are very welcoming and everything you need is available. It has a lovely outlook and there is plenty to do and see within a reasonable distance. Would really recommend it

A Very welcoming, Comfortable, private and immaculately clean cottage. Everything that was needed was in all of the rooms. Stunning picturesque view of the Loch outside the bedroom window too. I would certainly consider booking here again if I was return back to visit Scotland....More

The Rosneath Peninsula occupies a commanding situation on the banks of the world-famous River Clyde, just on the boundary between the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland. Loch Lomond, Stirling and the Trossachs, and the Western Highlands are also within easy reach. The A817 Haul Road taking vistors to Loch Lomond from the peninsula has been voted one of the most beautiful road journeys in the UK! Some eight miles in length, the peninsula is bounded on one side by the sheltered waters of the Gareloch and on the other by the fjord-like Loch Long, which reaches deeply into the hills and mountains known as the Arrochar Alps and Argyle's Bowling Green. The main part of the peninsula is a continuous ridge, which, from the shores of the Gare Loch and Loch Long, and the Firth of Clyde, rises to 717...
