The Rosneath Peninsula occupies a commanding situation on the banks of the world-famous River Clyde, just on the boundary between the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland. Loch Lomond, Stirling and the Trossachs, and the Western Highlands are also within easy reach. The A817 Haul Road taking vistors to Loch Lomond from the peninsula has been voted one of the most beautiful road journeys in the UK!
