St James beachfront accommodation offers a 4 bedroom Villa (8 guests) and a 2 bedroom, guest suite apartment (3 guests) with private entrances that share the parking area behind secure automated gate with dedicated parking bays. Ideal for separate families or a larger group. Both have uninterrupted sea views of False Bay throughout. To access the Villa you must climb 36 stairs and 12 of 36 to access the Apartment. The staircase is well light at night with a hand rail. The Villa – Upstairs comprises of 2 large bedrooms a full bathroom and separate toilet. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony overlooking False Bay. The downstairs area comprises a large open plan living space made up of an eat-in kitchen and a spacious lounge area with TV. Located in St James, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk, and dozens of cafes are at your door step in St James, Hout Bay & Muizenberg. You can also easily drive to the penguins at Simon's Town or to Cape Point -...More

My family loved this house. Across the road from a wonderful tidal pool that the kids loved. It's a spacious, relaxed and comfortable home, with everything we needed! Hosts are friendly and helpful - We will definitely be back! Thank you!

About the neighbourhood
St James is a family orientated suburb spoilt for choice with several beaches, restaurants as well as a fantastic promenade all walking distance. The house is a well positioned 8 minute walk from Muizenberg beach, 2 minute walk from St James tidal pool and 6 minute walk from Dangers Beach. Kalk Bay and Muizenberg have many popular restaurants which are within walking distance. The St James train station is 2 minute walk from the house. There are also many spectacular mountain walks accessible from house.
Getting around
Having a car is ideal but it is possible to get around quite easily on foot or using taxis. All the beaches are short walks away as are the restaurants. Bread and milk can be bought at the cafe at the station and fresh produce can be bought at Checkers in Muizenberg or ordered online and delivered to the house from Woolworths.
