The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of any belongings or valuables of the Guest. Pets are welcome but must be under 100 pounds and well behaved. Pets are not allowed on beds or furnishings. There is no daily cleaning or laundry service but linens are picked up weekly and returned to the cottage.
