Welcome to our newly remodelled, private pool home with breathtaking views, centrally located within 15-20 minutes of beaches, the SJU airport, Plaza Las Américas, the Mall of San Juan, the Puerto Rico Convention Center/T-Mobile District, the 66 Outlet Mall, restaurants, museums, movie theatres, and only 40 minutes to the El Yunque Rainforest.

Several popular beaches are also approx. 20 minutes away ( Playa la Posita de Pinones, Playa Isla Verde, Carolina Public Beach ...etc). It is very near (within walking distance) to SuperMax Grocery Store (open 24 hours) in Trujillo Alto, 00976. Drive 10 minutes to the Mall of San Juan (great restaurants and shopping) or 20 minutes to the Outlet 66 Mall. It has many restaurants, stores, pharmacies, banks, etc., close by.
