When you enter the front door, you will find a great room filled with natural light from the wall to wall windows. This room holds a fireplace and cozy couches for chatting with loved ones. From there, the semi-open floor plan flows into the kitchen and dining area. There's plenty of seating at the oversized dining table, and there are also more chairs at the breakfast bar. The bottom story has a similar, slightly smaller layout. The front door opens directly into a seating and gaming area. The living room opens directly into the fully equipped kitchen. In a nook next to the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for six. Though slightly smaller, the living space on the ground level also has everything you need to relax and enjoy a vacation. Plenty of Space for Everyone Thanks to the dual-home design, this is one of the best Tybee vacation homes for large groups. Altogether, Bikini Top & Bottom easily accommodates 16 guests. With multiple kitchens and living rooms, it is easy for individual parties to branch off and do their own thing. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. Downstairs is a similar arrangement. One bedroom has a king sized bed while another has a queen bed.
