Luxury villa set in a quiet urbanisation on a mountain top overlooking the Mediterranean. The 180 degree views from the front of the villa are quite stunning - all the rooms benefit from this. To the rear is a private swimming pool where one can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa layout ideally suits two couples rather than children. One bedroom is located down from the lounge, the other is accessed from an external staircase. Quirky but interesting. The villa has been refitted with quality furnishings and is fully equipped to make your stay a real pleasure in an unusual and relaxing environment.

Una pasada de casa.Tiene de todo.Michael es súper simpático y te ayuda si lo necesitas,sino ni te enteras de que vive al lado.Fuimos 2 parejas y hemos disfrutado como enanos.La piscina genial y la tranquilidad es una pasada.A la casa no le falta de nada.Volveremos seguro.

Casita leon
Fuimos una pareja y nos encantó, estaba todo muy limpio y organizado. La piscina es increíble y las vistas son impresionantes. Lo que mas me gustó es la tranquilidad que hay. El propietario nos trató super bien, es muy majo.

Increíble!!!!
Hemos estado 6 días y has sido geniales, la casa perfecta unas vistas increíbles, limpieza de 10,la piscina, la terraza, las vistas, todo magnífico y Michael encantador, vive en la casa de al lado y no lo ves si no es q lo necesitas para algo. Volveremos porque nos hemos ido encantados con "casita León".

Fantastico chalet con bonitas vistas. Nuevo y muy equipado
Hemos estado dos parejas pasando el fin de semana. Todo nuevo, con todo el equipamiento necesario y muy limpio. El dueño es muy amable y nos explicó todos los detalles. Aunque vive al lado, no nos enteramos de que estaba alli. Recomendado +++++

Just Can,t stay away.
Yet again we returned to Casita Leon.
This is the perfect villa and location to relax and explore this wonderful part of Spain.
Michael who lives next door is always available to help yet never intrusive.
We have fallen in love with this area and are considering retiring here.
So if you want the perfect villa in a beautiful location, you must visit Michael.

We will be back
This was our 5th visit to Casa Leon and yet again it was well worth it.
This villa has everything you could need for your stay.
It also has arguably one of the best views in Spain.
Michael has kept the villa up to date and added those little extras that many other properties do not have.
He was also on hand for any help and advice when we needed.
If you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday, yet within a short drive to the beach, bars and shops, this is the place to be.
We would recommend Casa Leon to couples and small families.
We will be back.

Amazing villa and views
We have just arrived home from this outstanding villa. From the second we arrived Michael (Layla and Zack 2 rescue dogs) have been an amazing hosts. Michael lives next door if you need him but if not you wouldn’t know he was there. The cleanliness of the villa was an extremely high standard. We must admit the best part was opening our curtains every morning and seeing the breath taking view. The pool is at the back meaning your not over looked and the peace and quiet is just what we needed.

Relaxing escape away
This was the 6th time that I have stayed here. I travel on my own and I am looking for a place to feel at peace, safe, comfortable & a place to re charge. I find all of those things here, made even better by the friendship of the owner and his 2 adorable rescue dogs. I always return home with a little sadness because I have had to leave, but feeling so much better for my stay. It is well worth staying up late to see the sun set over the mountains and to get up early to see some amazing sun rises.

Got to go again
This was the third time we went to this fantastic villa.
I think that speaks for itself.
Over the last three years that we have been to the villa, Michael has kept it to the highest standards and updated things as required.
We just want to keep going back.

Perfect in every way
We have just had the most perfect stay at Casita Leon!! We were met by the owner Michael, who kindly showed us round his lovely property. The views from the property are absolutely amazing, lie in bed and just admire it all!! The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you should need! The private courtyard with pool is the icing on the cake! A place to totally relax! An excellent base, central to Denia, Calpe etc! Thank you Michael, we hope to be back in October !!

About the neighbourhood
The local village of Benidoleig has a bank, a small supermarket, bakery, newsagent, tobacconist, chemist, hairdressers and numerous bars and restaurants. You will find many local fiestas in Benidloeig and the surrounding villages during the summer months which are great fun (please ask us for dates and details). A large shopping centre is located in Ondara (10 minutes by car). Around the valley most villages offer excellent value menu del dia (three courses and wine .Sports- Denia's yacht club and marina offer yacht charter, deep-sea fishing, diving & sailing courses. Hiking, walking, cycling:- The Vall de Laguar, Segaria mountain range and the Jalon and Rectoria valleys provide excellent walking, hiking or cycling routes. Absailing and canyon descent is available in the nearby Barranc del Infern. Horse riding - several stables in a 15-20km. radius. Tennis clubs are situated in Javea, Denia and Calpe and the urbanisation has its own court. Go-karting and Quads Circuits in Ondara, Moraira, Denia and Oliva. Bowls is also available at the nearby El Cid.The urbanisaton where the villa is located also provides two communal swimming pools and a tennis court.Rastro flea & antique market is held in Jalon every Saturday morning and each village has a weekly morning market.Please note that due to the sleeping accommodation and the tranquility of the neighbourhood this property is not suitable for children.
Getting around
Three options: car, walk or bicycle! To enjoy the beautiful scenery and the quaint villages then the car is best. It also makes life simpler getting to and from the airport. Many visitors make use of the walking or cycling groups that exist around here.

How to get there
Access to this part of the world is made easy by being located mid way between Alicante and Valencia airports. This way you can obtain the best air fare. A hire car is essential, even though the journey from the airport is only 65 minutes (ALC) or 75 minutes (VLC). The villa is located on a mountain top so the car will make life a little easier (unless you are a keep fit fanatic!)
