We are offering 3 bedrooms for accommodation in a house of 4 bedrooms. This is A SHARED ACCOMMODATION. There are other guests who will be staying in the same house as you. You have your own private room (Homestay). However, you will share the bathroom and toilet. PLEASE NOTE THE RATE OF AUD 90 IS FOR 2 ADULTS. WE ONLY ACCEPT A THIRD ADULT AND THE ADDITIONAL ADULT CHARGE IS AUD 30 PER PERSON. THE PERSON WILL SLEEP ON A SINGLE BED IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE OTHER 2 ADULTS. MAXIMUM STAY IS 15 NIGHTS. We are located 10 minutes from the Perth Airport and we are close to three major shopping centres. There is a new shopping centre where Aldi is located and a few eateries. This is a HOMESTAY. The owner lives there as well. There is a shared bathroom and toilet. You get your own room, fridge, tv, microwave and keys to your room and front door. Please note the rate OF AUD $90 FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY. WE DO NOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN BECAUSE WE HAVE ONLY ONE BATHROOM AND TOILET. OUR MAXIMUM STAY AT THE HOMESTAY IS 10 NIGHTS.

About the neighbourhood
We are in a suburban area. There are different types of restaurant which is about 15 minutes from the residence. The new Wattle Grove Shopping Centre, has got quite a variety of shops. There is also some fitness centres if you wish to exercise. You can enjoy, Japanese, Italian and Australian food. There is quite a variety and it is 5 minutes walk from Mimi's House.
Getting around
The following transport are recommended: 1, Car 2. Bus 3. Owner can take you where you want to go as long as it is not too far. You can enquire when you book and you will pay a small fee.

How to get there
We live in a very quiet location. However, it is situated between two main highways, namely Tonkin and Roe Highways. We are located 10 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes to the city. If you arrive late and you would like to take Uber or a taxi from the Airport, it will cost you around AUD 30-40 . Parking is free but you have to park in the drive way which is very safe. You can always check with the owner before you hire a car, when you book.
