JUST STROLL TO BEACH!
Stay in our SELF CONTAINED guest 1 bedroom APARTMENT, built in under main roof of our new house. It has a separate entry and own outdoor area. Child over 5 for additional $20 sleep on folding bed.
The apartment is fully furnished in style, with dining and sitting areas, HD TV, DVD, WI-FI.
The adjoining kitchenette area is equipped with fridge, basic cooking facilities, MV, oven, HP, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, BBQ.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and large built in wardrobe.
The bathroom/WC is nice modern with WM.
All bedding and towels including beach towels supplied.
The apartment has ducted airconditioning and outdoor area has private verandah with BBQ
On site parking.

Stay at Northshore retreat
5* enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was perfect and better than expected. Natalia couldn’t have helped us more. Great location near the beach and shops.

Perth area retreat
This was a lovely apartment and a great value. The owners were so responsive to every question, leaving us maps and detailed directions to get to the city on the train and to bike the area on two bikes they let us use. Nice private outdoor space and grill, well equipped kitchen and easy access to the coastal bike and walking path and great beaches.

Great for biking and exploring
My husband and I have loved staying in this lovely, quiet and well equipped apartment. It is part of the owner's house with its own private entrance and outdoor area. Two bikes and a lock were provided and we have put them to good use. There are excellent ocean front bike paths just a few streets away with easy access to Hillary's Harbor and it's restaurants and the wonderful AQWA aquarium. We did not have a car but we're able to easily use the bus and train to be in downtown Perth in less than an hour. A nearby shopping mall is within an easy walk for groceries or anything else you could possibly want. Highly recommend. Owners Natalia and Derrick were so helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

A warm friendly welcome awaits you at Northshore Retreat
The apartment was very clean, the welcome pack contained more than I expected, the bed was very comfortable, it is a short stroll to the beach, also to catch the bus to the shopping centre or to take the train to Perth city and on to other places to visit.
The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet area.
The hosts were very helpful in so many ways I thank them both so very much.

Comfy and relaxed
Great location if you want to stroll down to the beach or a walk along the beach to Mullaloo or Sorrento.
Clean, neat, tidy and very friendly warm owners...Made our stay special.

Perfect!
Ideal location for local day trips. Ideal amenities & lots of little attention to detail which is very thoughtful of Natalie & Derek. Totally private & secure. We spent six very happy days here & cannot recommend it enough. Good value too. Pleasant walk to the nearest shopping area,

A perfect couples apartment in a wonderful location with the most hospitable and friendly hosts !
We are an well travelled elderly couple from Ireland visiting our Son, daughter-in-law and grandkids for Christmas.
This will be our 5th time in Perth in the past ten years and we have rented all types of properties during past trips.
I can safely say that we have never been happier with a property living up to it’s online description.
This self contained apartment is located within a couple of minutes walk to Whitford
Beach, a stunning and unspoilt beach safe for our grandkids and a wonderful place to see the sun set on the Indian Ocean.
There are endless amenities nearby within walking distance - Hillarys Boat harbour , whitford shopping and entertainment Centre, not to mention the beautiful prom walk past Sorremto beach etc.
Our trip has been truely enhanced by the wonderful hospitality of our hosts Natalia and Derek who whilst unobtrusive have been wonderfully helpful and sensitive to our needs..
When we next visit Perth we will look forward to renewing the friendship we have made with this wonderful couple and availing of their hospitality and facilities once more.

An excellent base to return to
The apartment was an ideal base for our needs as we were in Perth visiting family, and it was a relaxing and quiet location to return to after spending the day with them. Natalia and Derek made us very welcome and we appreciated the breakfast provisions and tea and coffee that were available on our arrival. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would have no hesitation in booking with Natalia again and would highly recommend the apartment to others.

lovely relaxed accomodation
Good quiet location, only short walk to beach and walking and bike paths. Modern and very clean roomy apartment. Quality bedding and towels. Natalia had also left
Provisions for a light breakfast and tea and coffee which we appreciated. It was lovely to return after a day out and be able to be comfortable and relaxed. Much nicer than a hotel.

An excellent apartment
We had a 20 day stay in this beautifully appointed apartment for 2.
The location is excellent for exploring all that Perth and her beautiful beaches has to offer. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and the beach is a very short walk away. It's about a 10 minute walk to the amenities of Mullaloo Beach. We took frequently took a late afternoon walk along the beach to Mullaloo and stopped of for a coffee or sundowner beer, then back to our home from home to cook on the barbecue. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the welcome goodies were well received. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we could possibly need. The owner was extremely helpful and gave good advice on places to visit. The main shopping centre of Whitfords is only a few minutes drive from the apartment and you can buy good fresh food there. Would recommend that you have a car to make the most of the location, however if you are reasonably fit, you will find all that you need is within reach. Thankyou Natalia and Derek for making our stay such a good one.
