We are renting a very nice apartment at the cheapest possible price in Florence city. It is 74 Square Meters (some 800 Square Feet), located in a very quiet and relaxing area, inside Bobolino's gardens. The hills close to Palazzo Pitti and Piazzale Michelangelo are the best residential area of Florence: genuine and out of touristic tours... but any kind of shops is in the neighbourhood. This apartment has two Large bedroom with two private bath and a Studio with sofà-bed. Upstairs another double bedroom has its private bath (with Whirpool). Close to it a studio with view on the living, with a double sofa-bed, a cyclette and a desk. The kitchen has the dishwasher. There is also a washing machine on the balcony. The apartment has TVs, Sony Playstation, Blue Ray and DVD player, high ceilings and other amenities, to make yourself at home. You would also have Air Conditioning. Bus stop to Piazzale Michelangelo, its only 300 mt from home (bus n. 12). Train station 15 min (bus n. 13), airport 20 min with a cab. At the apartment you can relax as there is no traffic and no noise in the street. The area is really fashinating and romantic: its like living in a romantic little town, but in the Florence historical centre. Ideal for short or long-term, sabbatical renting, with many easy parking facilities close to the door. Many Supermarkets and typical Bar and Restaurant in the surroundings. - Il Giardino del Bobolino is one of the most beautiful public parks of Florence. It borders the Piazza di Porta Romana and the Villa del Poggio Imperiale, skirting the edge of the Viale Machiavelli, which leads to Piazzale Michelangelo. Adjacent to his older brother as well as famous and renowned Boboli Gardens is a green corner for a few close friends, one of the magical places in Florence for several reasons. Five minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and the areas of San Frediano and Santo Spirito, Bobolino is the ideal place to spend your evenings, sitting on a bench to talk, but in the middle of town surrounded by greenery and coolness, in a quiet corner of paradise urban. It consists of grassy slopes, stairs, fountains and yards of gravel with special green design solutions, such as integrated seats with the flowerbeds, artificial caves and pools. In the middle part of the garden is Villa Cora, where he stayed the Empress Eugenie and the Russian composer Tchaikovsky. At the bottom, next to the garden, there are some local greenhouses. In the garden a small village, built at the end of the 800 as a residence for the families of officers returning from the First World War. It was constructed according to the dictates century architecture, decorations and references to Art Nouveau. Inside the village the old stables of the court of the Pitti Palace, the Chapel of Our Lady of Peace and the building of the Art Institute of Florence. Two small squares decorate the church. It is easily accessible from the railway station of Santa Maria Novella with bus 12 and 13 (stop Bobolino). Ample paid parking in Piazzale Galileo Galilei, Piazza della Calza and within the village of Bobolino.More

About the neighbourhood
The Tuscany region Florence's museums, palaces, and churches house some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world. The most popular and important sites in Florence include the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Bargello, and the Accademia. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce are veritable art galleries, and the library of San Lorenzo is a magnificent exhibition of Michelangelo's architectural genius. Wander some of the oldest streets in the city until you reach the Arno River, cross the Ponte Vecchio, and experience the 'newest' area of Florence, the Oltrarno. Be sure to set aside time to see the vast and varied art collection housed in the Pitti Palace. When you grow weary of museums and monuments, head outdoors.
