ancien corps de ferme proche de la mer. La longère en pierre a un jardin privatif vue sur mer. La maison est confortable le salon a un beau parquet en bois exotique. le jardin avec salon de jardin et barbecue n'a pas de vis à vis et est entièrement réservé aux locataires. 1 chambre au rdc avec salle d'eau attenante, 1 salle à manger et coin cuisine , un salon avec au dessus une autre chambre ouverte très lumineuse comportant 2 lits, buuanderie et salle d'eau d'été au rdc,
plage immense à 1km v, 15mn à pied, 3mn en vélo.
