We have gone the extra mile with The Bull at Brenchley - the bedding and towels have been a particular focus. The sheets are 500 thread count Egyptian glazed cotton and are fabulous. The kitchen is stuffed with everything you could need. A double oven and grill, 7 burner hob, plenty of pots and pans, cooking knives, cutlery and plates - and we have so many glasses from the pub! Plus an American fridge freezer that dispenses cold water and ice. The location is beautiful, the village of Brenchley is Tudor in origin with houses with black beams and an old Oak tree at the centre. There is a village post office and butchers and the Little Bull next door to The Bull serves speciality coffee and gin and gorgeous sharing platters of meat and cheese. A perfect place to pop into if you don't want to cook your own breakfast! For the walkers - you are spoiled for choice, plenty of dog walks and most of them end at a pub - of which there are 7 to choose from within a few miles. There are village greens with cricket and fetes during the summer, bonfire parties and harvest festivals in the Autumn and carol singing at Christmas - real village life. For our business visitors who are looking for 'business planning/away day strategy meetings' our quoted prices include VAT so it's a very good deal! We have a projector and screen available and an HDMI cable that plugs into the 65' TV in the media room, perfect for a breakout group. If you are staying Monday or Tuesday you can use the Little Bull next door which is a coffee shop/wine bar for business meetings, private lunches - anything in fact. No hire cost, just the food and drink you order and it will be open and staffed just for you. Under 50 minutes by train to the centre of London and 30 minutes from the coast - a perfect location to explore and discover the South East of England. Because of the size of The Bull and the very high standard we like to maintain we only accept a minimum of a 2 night stay.More

We welcome well behaved dogs but please not on the beds or the furniture. There is a courtyard garden for smokers with a covered area, but please no smoking in the house. Although The Bull used to be a pub we are very aware of our lovely neighbours and would ask that guests are not outside after 11pm. We have a sound proofed basement so it won't curtain your fun.

About the neighbourhood
Brenchley is a beautiful Tudor village nestled between other historic villages in Kent. Next door is a Grade 1 listed church that needs to be visited. It is beautiful and is so full of history. Walk through the church yard and down the country lanes and orchards and really experience Kent at it's best. And all of this is under 50 minutes from London Bridge Station or 30 minutes from the coast.
Getting around
The Paddock Wood mainline station takes you to London Bridge in 50 minutes. There is a bus route in the village that takes you to Tunbridge Wells the nearest market town. The coast is a pleasant 30 minute drive and there are lots of places of interest to visit.
