One of the largest and most luxurious homes on Flagstaff Hill, this stunning property offers superb views over Port Douglas, Four Mile Beach, Dickson Inlet and the surrounding rainforest clad mountains. Built on three levels, the home centres around a dramatic wet edge pool complete with pool house, cabana, kitchenette and tropical landscaping with water features. Entry is off Murphy Street with garaging and inclinator for easy access. The ground floor has a private sitting area and kitchenette. Three queen bedrooms, all with en-suites have access to a private balcony that runs the length of the house and overlooks the pool and the view. The next level has a large dining area and balcony, a lounge with entertainment area and a gourmet kitchen. Each room offers views and privacy making it an ideal location for family reunions or corporate incentive rewards. With imported French furniture, Designer Guild fabrics, air-conditioning and an in-house entertainment system, this property has all the facilities of a private resort including a discreet on-site manager. Pricing for this property is dependant on the number of bedrooms required and will be adjusted according to your requirements. A minimum of 4 bedrooms applies year round, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights however during peak season 5 nights is required. Property Configuration / Fees: Minimum 4 rooms: Master bedroom & 3 Queen rooms – $1440 per night Additional: King room (limited view) – $360 per night King room (downstairs) – $360 per night Entire Villa (sleeps 14): 7 bedrooms all with en-suites – $2520 per night The maximum occupancy at the villa overnight is strictly 18 guests, The villa has 2 fold out beds and 2 rollaway beds which are available to use at the rate of $50 per bed, per night. There are two portacots and highchairs available for use free of charge. A cleaning fee of $1700 per stay applies to all bookings

Amazing

Owned and managed by a couple in Melbourne, which makes me love this stay even more. I have stayed at many different places and I usually never go back to the same resort...but this villa was everything I love, so blissful, beautiful, unforgettable and just hands down the best escape I have ever gone on. So close to town but far enough away from the noise. Waking up with a perfect view of the four mile beach, and watching the waves crash and smelling the sea water is something you can only get staying at this memorizing villa. 10/10 recommended! Definitely will be back Villa Empat Puluh Dua🙌🏻

Fabulous villa for family holiday

We have holidayed in Port Douglas on numerous occasions and love it so much we wanted our family to enjoy it. The villa was the perfect place .. family dinners around the table .. a gorgeous pool for the grandchildren to enjoy and they even liked the climb up the hill from the towns main street so much so they declined the opportunity to travel up in the car. The villa lacks nothing except maybe the inclinator reaching the main street.
