Very beautiful scenery
Stayed here at the 51st floor and the view was awesome. It was spacious and clean. It will be better to have housekeeping, breakfast and heater in the bathroom. But overall, we are happy with the stay.

Best view of the gold coast

Not the same as the photos
Run down, not the same as the photos. Wifi didn’t work, had to drop off and pick up key offsite. Front desk won’t help us as we booked from an “outside agent”.

Dear Sunsurfbeach, thank you for your review. Indeed we are a real estate agency located off-site as indicated by our confirmation emails and SMS communications with each guest. As confirmed by our "Where are We" mudmap emailed to each guest prior to arrival, we are located 3mins walk from your resort. With respect to your WiFi concerns, we advise that we strongly encourage our guests to report any issues to us as they arise whilst they are in-house as we employ full time staff in the service of our guests, including full time IT staff and a "IT Hotline" (the number is located on the modem inside each apartment). This way, we can assist in ensuring that our guests' stays are as comfortable and as convenient as possible. With respect to your other concerns, we not that our sub-penthouse, apartment OR2150, has always ranked incredibly well amongst and between our previous guests and so we are significantly disappointed and surprised by your indication that it was not an accurate reflection of the images we host of it on our website. Nonetheless, we confirm that we take on board all constructive criticism as it offers us the opportunity to improve our customer service. Recent holiday
This is the second time we have gone threw GCHR and again every thing was perfect definitely would recommend them to anybody who was looking for a holiday destination down the coast.

Amazing accommodation
Fabulous accommodation, central location over looking surfers paradise beach. Able to watch xmas carols and fireworks. Beds very comfortable except for extra beds they were very hard. Close to eateries and public transport and Cavill Mall. Room on 51st floor fabulous views

Holiday magic - we all loved this spacious generous apartment
We arrived quite late at night and were surprised by the incredible views of sparkling lights over Surfers and the south from the floor to ceiling windows (we had only considered the sea views, doh!) Our group consisted of grandparents with two adult children and their small families which meant we each had our own private bathroom - bliss, plus the guest loo for visitors! The big kitchen and island bench were a real treat for holiday accommodation. Balcony was a bit windy from midday onwards for our early September stay but I imagine for most of the GC year it would be heaven to sit out there and also to get a good blast of cool natural air through the apartment instead of air conditioning. The Soul building in front seemed a bit of an eyesore on our first morning but after that we decided we would actually miss it if it wasn't there! Superb position, convenient for everything, the tram just out the back door and two good Woolworths nearby and equal distance away. Loved the bonus of having all the Hilton assets, pools, bar and restaurant. One of our party was VERY apprehensive about being on the 51st floor but truly, within ten minutes the altitude was all forgotten. Speaking of altitude, the lifts were excellent, no waiting time at all. I think the only discordant note was that the beds in two of the bedrooms were really small. I suppose they would be double beds and I guess that size might be to allow for kids' beds. The management team are very pleasant and obliging. All up, an excellent place to stay.

GCHR orchid Residence apartment 25102
This Apartment is Amazing ! GCHR were great from the beginning from helping us find the right apartment for me and my family to the time we dropped of the keys friendly staff. This apartment is very spacious everything was clean and the views were AMAZING from all rooms.we stayed here for three nights and let's just say the only bad thing about staying here is having to LEAVE. :( This is the second time booking through GCHR and we will definitely be back again.:)

Had an amazing stay in Orchid Residences. Everything from booking, arriving to leaving was first class. The staff are so caring and accommodating. Loved the central location, so close to everything. The pics on the website are truthful also. What you see is what you get. I was worried the "Soul" was going to cause a problem, but not at all. Stayed on floor 38 and 51 was amazing. Thank you for another lovely stay at Surfers Paradise. Can't wait to return again. 😄
