Large 2 bedroom, ground floor, fully equipped and furnished home for your exclusive use. It has both front and rear private gardens and ocean views from the front of the home. Larger groups will enjoy having the 2 separate family/living/dining areas with a TV in each room. Fully enclosed backyard and a single carport with roller door. The dining/family area has an extendable dining table that seats 6, a 22” LCD TV, small couch and armchairs. The larger main lounge has a two seater couch and two armchairs with additional lightweight armchairs stored in the other family area. The main lounge also has 32” LCD/DVD combo TV. The home also has generous WiFi internet access included. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooktop/oven, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and includes crockery cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a separate laundry with front loader washing machine, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The two way ensuite bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower & vanity unit. The toilet is located separately, next to the laundry. The home is serviced by two split system reverse cycle heating or cooling airconditioners and overhead fans in all rooms which keep the temperature comfortable during your stay. Children: A portacot and high chair are available at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please request on booking. If using portacot then please bring linen for portacot - or we can provide for an additional $20.. Linen is provided. CONVENIENCES & LOCAL ATTRCATIONS This home is located in a suburb of Adelaide called Hallett Cove. Enjoy the convenience of being only 30 mins drive from the Adelaide CBD and walking distance to public transport. 10 minutes’ walk from the home is the award winning Hallett Cove Bakery, and a select number of eateries including BBQ Chickens, Fish & Chips, Pizza and Indian Takeaway. The property is in an excellent location to explore what Adelaide has to offer. The famous McLaren Vale wine regions and the new cube structure at d'Arenberg Wines are only a 20 minute drive away. Beaches and restaurants of Brighton, Seacliff & Glenelg Beach within 5–15 minutes’ drive from the home. Only a Short drive from: 10 mins from WESTFIELD Marion - one of Adelaide's major shopping precincts with over 340 specialty stores, Myer, David Jones, including a new food hall, Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and Events Cinemas. Alternatively there is a bus nearby that will take you direct to Westfield Marion within 15 minutes. 10 mins from the waterpark at The South Australia Aquatic and Leisure Centre which has two slides that are considered to be among the fastest slides in Australia and has a Splash Park which is an interactive playground that is best suited for those under the age of 10. The Adelaide Aquatic Centre is also part of this complex and holds many local, national and international sporting events. 2 minutes’ drive from the home is Hallett Cove shopping centre with a number of specialty stores, grocery stores of Aldi, Woolworths, IGA Foodland, Big W, and Bottle Shops. It also includes The Cove Pub which serves great family meals and a number of other takeaways and restaurants. 5 minutes’ drive from the home is the Hallett Cove Boardwalk Marion Coastal Walking Trail. This is a clifftop boardwalk along the rocky coastline between Marino and Hallett Cove and has a breathtaking view of the Adelaide’s coastline, with rugged cliffs and rocky reef platforms. The trail follows the cliff edge, descending down numerous gullies. The trail consists of boardwalk, steps and pathways. 10-20 minutes drive to the Vines Golf Club of Reynella, Flagstaff Hill and Golf Course Woodcroft. 30 minutes’ drive to Adelaide City/Adelaide Central Market, Rundle Mall Shopping, , see the Botanic Gardens, museums, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Festival Theatre, galleries, theatres, zoo don’t forget the Pandas. If you want to leave your car at home then take the nearby bus to the Marion Centre Interchange and you can go direct to the city centre and the attractions of Adelaide. Getting Here from Adelaide Airport Drive to Brighton Road along the coast, to Lonsdale Road and the home is located just off Perry Barr Road or Barramundi Drive. Check in: around 4.00pm but can be earlier if the home is ready. Luggage drop and key collection can be from noon by prior arrangement. Late night arrivals can also be accommodated. We allow for a 3hr standard exit clean Dishes & cooking utensils to be washed, dried and put away Towels and Linen – makeup & spray tan is difficult to remove from our linen & bath towels. Charges apply to replace. We reserve the right of entry for security, maintenance or gardening needs of which you will receive notice. This is where work can not be done outside or your stay.

Getting around
There is public transport only a minute walk away from the home. This is on a direct route to Flinders Medical Centre/University, Marion Shopping Centre, Brighton Beach and all the way to the city of Adelaide. A car is recommended though if you wish to visit the southern area of Adelaide including the McLaren Vale wine region (15 minutes) or further afield. The Sealink Ferry at Cape Jervis that takes you to Kangaroo Island is just over an hour drive away.
